01.10.06 Benjamin Wetherill and Michael Rossiter
Not one but two exceptional crafters and performers of delicious contemporary folk music.
Ben Wetherill is spellbinding; his ultra-genteel, softly spoken delivery, his poetic melodies and captivating voice never fail to mesmerise, caress and heal even the burliest of big burly men. and women. And once the burly men are bound by his spell Ben tickles their ribs with his joyous renditions of Formby songs, and virtuoso yuke and banjo play.
In a change to our original line up for this week's event Michael Rossiter will be joining Ben. Michael is another excellent plicker of guitar strings and sensitive singer songwriter of country infused folkalong sing songs.
