This autumn Simon releases his autobiography 'Him off the Viz' and the opening of the performance sees a brief history of Viz in amazing but true anecdotes. Author and journalist Harry Pearson is here to read and tell tales based upon his brilliant books - from The Far Corner to Slipless in Settle to his celebrated Guardian column.
Harry's appearance on Sunday is rescheduled from his postponed show here a month ago - and thus this is now a very special double bill bonus event. Tickets purchased for Harry's previous date here are valid. Harry will appear first on the night - and so if any customers don't fancy Simon Donald's effin and jeffin, they can move through to our front room when Harry's done. (We strongly recommend stopping for Simon's show mind you - and that folks who are a little wet behind the ears in a sweary sense get themselves a copy of Roger's Profanisaurus, (where we're sure there'll be an entry for "Wet Behind The Ears".)
