AN EXCLUSIVE BENJAMIN WETHERILL SOLO SHOW

THIS SUNDAY OCTOBER 3RD

Ben Weth

When Ben Wetherill performs the room appears to hold it's breath - as he delivers suspenseful, shadowy, brooding songs with a quiet, deliciously musical intensity.

This is a very eagerly awaited - sought after, exclusive appearance. Ben mainly runs with a loud and twisted crowd these days - The Trumpets of Death - and this will be his first solo gig in two years, and for some time to come as The T-O-D are about to tour all of Europe.

The support slot on Sunday night is by the brilliant

Michael Rossiter

MR

Michael Rossiter is a supremely talented, charismatic Welsh Yorkshireman, with a shovel full of gorgeously crafted, beautifully played modern folk songs.

“Rossiter has clearly been inspired by the likes of John Fahey and Martin Carthy to put it together, although he's done so with such great skill that in the process he reveals himself as an artist of considerable talent in his own right.”

Sandman Magazine

“With the likes of Seth Lakeman bringing traditional folk styles back into the public eye, there's definitely a lot of interest in this style of music and Rossiter, who recently played alongside Nina Nastasia, is poised to take his turn in the spotlight.”
