Waiting Room News

We're in the mood for some Summer Loving - and so to mark the beginning of Festival season and our expedition to serve food at Glastonbury next week - we're giving away free tickets to this Sunday's stunning line-up of hot international acts.

Offer is exclusive to mailing list members: We have a limited number of free tickets to this Sunday's Matchbox Cabaret, available by request (just email).

If you already have tickets - just ask us on the night and we'll give you your £9 back!

(We'd like as many people as possible to see this great line up:)

All the way from From L.A: The Chapin Sisters

Chapin

Pristine harmonies and haunting melodies from  THE CHAPIN SISTERS.

Abigail and Lily Chapin have gained comparisons to sister acts of old and Appalachian family groups, yet their songs and arrangements have a very contemporary aspect, with elements of pop, blues and psychedelic rock.  “There’s a sinsister tenderness to this L.A. duo’s sad, soft, gorgeous folk.”

Avital

Plus The Woven Project:

Avital Raz is a vocal artist who travels across many borders, a multi-cultured get-together of many strange characters, all rolled up into one quirky singer- songwriter. Her songs may resemble old English lute songs, Indian Classical Ragas, Cabaret, Blues, Country music or Eastern-European Jewish melodies.
