Our friends Jane Bom-bane and Nick Pynn opened a Belgian cafe in 2006, in 2007 we performed a special twinning ceremony with Bom-bane's in Brighton, and in the autumn of 2009 the entire staff of Bom-bane's traveled to Eaglescliffe to perform Bom-bane's The Musical, taking over the kitchen and serving up a dinner of Sausages and Stoempf.
